Two minor problems have been identified in Hydromatic H2Optimize 8.0. The functionality of the software and the numerical values computed are correct and the software will work perfectly if the end user chooses not to download the corrected file.

The first problem are the four images in the total head calculator scenarios are missing. After you first click on the total head calculator, PUMP-FLO then asks you to click on the image representing your system. Your choices are Flooded Suction, Suction Lift, Submersible, and Recirculating. It is the pictures representing these systems that are missing.

The second problem is on the printout of the datasheet. At the bottom left hand corner of the datasheet it states that the program is Hydromatic version 9. It should state that it is Hydromatic version 8.

For our users who receive rebuilds of their OEMs, after installing the rebuild they will need to reset their packages, essentially re-launching the installation of some of files.

To Relaunch Packages:

1) Hold down the CTRL and Shift key, and double click on the OEM program icon on your desktop. A troubleshoot menu will open.

2) Click Reset Packages; the button will gray out. Then click Continue.

3) Several program windows will open in succession and close themselves as they complete their operations. When the reset is complete the program will open.
