The new Hydromatic H3H Series provides greater pump efficiency and a steeper non-overloading performance while passing a full 3” spherical solid as required by the “Ten States Standards” policy for submersible non-clog pumps. The new H3H Series of 3” submersible non-clog pumps are the only Hydromatic pumps designed for flexibility of future conditions in existing lift stations. As the build-out demand increases, the pump can easily be upgraded to the Hydromatic H4H Series to meet future conditions.

The enhanced geometry of the Hydromatic H3H Series mono-vane impeller creates a smoother design, preventing the build up of materials in the seal area. The dependable, oil-cooled motor, is rated for use with VFD (variable frequency drive) suitable to deliver outstanding performance in a wide range of wastewater pump applications. In
addition, the motor has Class H insulation
for demanding pump applications.
The enhanced geometry of the mono-vane impeller creates a
smoother design, allowing the Hydromatic H3H Series to pass
a full 3" spherical solid while maintaining high efficiency.

The dual seal system operates in an oil chamber to
provide long pump service life. John Crane Type 21 seals are standard in the new H3H and H3HX Series, while the stainless steel shaft eliminates corrosion and fatigue. The minimum shaft overhang decreases deflection and increases bearing and seal life. A tapered shaft allows
for easy removal of the impeller for enhanced
serviceability. The H3HX, explosion-proof Series are rated Class I, Division 1, Group C and/or D for hazardous locations. This certified explosion-proof pump can be used for applications such as sewage wet wells where flammable gases exist. Reliable, safe operation is ensured as all castings are inspected for porosity before, during and after machining. The H3HX Series features double moisture sensors in the oil chamber, providing extra security.
