Ashland, Ohio – September, 2001 – Hydromatic is pleased to announce
the introduction of the new 60RP (single
seal) and 60RDP (dual seal) 6” self
primer. The new primers are designed to operate on top of the wet well for a variety
of municipal, industrial and commercial applications, such as: lift stations,
wastewater treatment plants, hospitals, and schools. The new primers feature a
removable rotating assembly, which allows easy inspection of the pump without
disturbing the pump or the piping.
The new primers also have a flap valve that can be serviced without draining the
pump, or removing the piping. The primers are engineered with an oil lubricated
heavy-duty ball bearing design to insure years of outstanding service. Hydromatic
has also maximized the re-prime times and lifts; the 60RP
and 60RDP are capable of re-prime lifts
